I, John Martoccia, was born in 1957, in Chateauroux, France, as the third son of Stella and Anthony Martoccia. I came to the U.S. as a young child and was raised in Rome, NY, the hometown of my mother.

After graduating Daemen College in Amherst, NY, with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, I began my career in the diamond business. In May 1989, I became certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) as a Master Diamond Grader.

In addition to my diamond purchasing endeavors, I also own a Catholic production company called Anthony Stella Productions. With this company, I have written and directed two films: 'Death of a Tree' and 'Vito Bonafacci'. With my films, I hope to provoke audiences to think about religion, spirituality, God, afterlife, and the true purpose of life.
